She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Marshall and Lucy Skeen Marshall; and her husband Fred Hall. She is survived by: her children, Steven Hall (Nancy) of Huntsville, Scott Hall (Connie) of Huntsville and Shary Sizemore (Dave) of Maumee, OH; her grandchildren, Wendy Brademeyer, Kristen Jones (Scott), Wes Hall (Molly), Alex Hall (Kelli), Ben Sizemore and Mathew Sizemore (Jennifer); and her great grandchildren, Grant, Carter Brademeyer, Kara, Brook, Becca Blausey, Maddux, Cooper, Miller Hall, Garrett, Graham Hall, David, Jacob Sizemore, Gage Sizemore and Haley Jones.
Memorial contributions may be given in Phyllis' memory to Universal Hospice Care.
