She was predeceased by: her mother Opal Lee Collinsworth Horner. She is survived by: her sons, Tony Pond (Chasidy) of Huntsville, Jody Long (Doris) of Huntsville and Brian K. Long of Rushsylvania, Ohio; her adoptive daughter Jill Cavinder of Huntsville; her grandchildren, Leeroy Pond, Britney Pond, Jeremy Long, Catrina Hall (Josh), Trey Long, Cody Long and Zach Long; her great grandchildren, Landon, Annie, Gracie and Skyla Kay; her siblings, Beverly Sue Maddox of Jackson Center, Charles Junior Horner of Springfield and Connie Petty Chumley of New Tazwell, Tennessee; and her close friends, Tina Ferguson and Teresa Bebee. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
