He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Richter and Marilyn A. Frysinger Richter. He is survived by: his children, Laura Orren (Garry White) of Columbus, OH, Nathan Richter (Hailey) of New England, ND and Ingrid Grass; his grandson Deiter Richter; and his siblings, Susan D. Comer (Dan) of Bellefontaine, Joseph Richter (Gayle) of Trubuco Canyon, CA, Robert C. Richter (Cindy) of Lakeview, OH and Paul A. Richter (Erica) of Huntsville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
