He is survived by: his parents, Waldo A. and Clara M. Blair (Moore); his wife Lola Blair (Siegenthaler); his children, Paul W., Brian K. Blair, Elaine M. Renterria, Sherri L. Smith, Tonya G. Redden-Mabry (James), Marshall L. Blair-Hildreth (Chris) and Chasity A. Defibaugh (Tom); his brother William; his nephew Brandon Blair (Jenny); his niece Brenda Krebehenne (Eric); and also Bill. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren.
