He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Jane (Livingston); his children, Vicki Doss (Gary) of Englewood, Keith Price (Vicky) of Huntsville and Kenny Price of Belle Center; his grandchildren, Holly Shamblin, Brock Shamblin (Cynthia Lin), Randy Price, Jessica Hobson (Jimmie) and Brook Price; his great grandchildren, Sidney Buck, Ryan Price, Glenn Shamblin, Ryleigh Hobson and Madison Price; his siblings, Inez Emptage of Marion, Bob Price (Barbara) of New York, Earl "Sonny" Price (Jill) of LaRue and Bill Price of Richwood; and his sister-in-law Beverly Ridge of Richwood Glenn.
