He was predeceased by: his niece Paige Harshbarger. He is survived by: his daughter Alisha Ruley of Wapakoneta; his grandchildren, Skyla Ruley and Kasen Ruley; and his siblings, Jack Harshbarger (Dee Dee) of DeGraff, Mark Harshbarger (Teresa) of DeGraff, Chris Harshbarger of Bellefontaine and Deb Harshbarger of Lakeview. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
