She was predeceased by: her parents, Neil Simpson and Gladys Dorothy Shanks (Bowman); her stepfather Thomas Pearl Shanks; and her sister Kay Hanley. She is survived by: her spouse Jerry Paul Fry; her children, Susan Long of Huntsville and Brian Fry (Ramona) of Dublin; her grandchildren, Justin Fry (Paige) of Akron, Brianna Tuttle (Jalon) of Dublin, Catrina Hall (Josh) of Dunkirk and Jeremy Long of Huntsville; her great grandchildren, Landon Hall and Annemarie Long; her sisters, Lisa Esch (Terry) of Huntsville and Gyla Gietzen (Timothy) of Bellefontaine; and her stepbrother Eric Simpson of Indian Lake. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
