He was predeceased by: his daughter Suzanne. He is survived by: his wife Betty "BJ" Compton Fulton; his daughters, Carla Cullman (John) and Lynn England; and his grandchildren, Tara Shingleton, Nicholas England, Alexander England, Crystal Clemans, Ryan Luke, Alexandra Fulton, Audra Kramer, Dillyn Kramer and Derrick Kramer. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren; and his beloved canine companion.
