She is survived by: her parent Ellen Gladys Dipple (Young); her spouse John Phillip Fulkerson; her sons, Richard L. "Rick" Fulkerson of St. Louis Park, John Christopher "Chris" Fulkerson (Kathy) of Huntsville and Joel B. Fulkerson (Lula) of Bellefontaine, Ohio; her grandchildren, Andy Fulkerson (Amanda) of Huntsville and Nicole Fulkerson of Bellefontaine; and her great grandchildren, Ethan, Trenton and Kora Jean Fulkerson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
