She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael L. Stevens and Sandra "Sandy" Stevens (Amicon); her son Ethan P. Zack; and her brother Scott Stevens. She is survived by: her sister Camaree Stevens of Springfield, OH; her uncles, Don Amicon of Springfield and Steve Amicon of Bellflower, CA; her brother-in-law Greg Zack; her nephews, Gage and Ryan Zack; and her cousin Kelly Williams. She is also survived by several other aunts, uncles and cousins.
