He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Jonath and Gladys Jonath (Spoonamoore); his wife Patricia M. Jonath; his siblings, John Jonath, Steven Jonath (Janice) and Judy Ross (Tom Ross); and his brother-in-law Bill Motil.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Jonath (Brittany) of Huntsburg and Brenda Newman of Chardon; his grandchildren, Sierra Mominee (Keegan), Jasmine Newman, Michael Newman, Brooklyn Jonath, Logan Jonath, Greson Jonath and Scarlett Jonath; and his sister Sandy Burnette (John).
