He was predeceased by: his parents, Sterling Sweet and Wilma J. Sweet (Vandervort); and his siblings, David Sweet and Jeanne Sweet. He is survived by: his wife Cathy (Pitorak); his children, Christoff Sweet and Danielle Sweet (Marcus Mytro); his grandson Michael Cabrera; his siblings, Ronald Sweet and Maribeth Lieberth (Sam Roberts); his siblings-in-law, Susan Sweet, Sue Pitorak Jones (Rick) and Mickey Pitorak (Susan Hannahoe); and also Omar Cabrera. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
