He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Lee and Barbara Smith (Novak); and his siblings, Kenneth Smith and Kathy Harden. He is survived by: his children, Neil Smith, Andrew Smith (Ashley), Franklin Lee Smith III, Rebecca Smith and Angela Day; and his siblings, Barbara Ray (Jeff), Laurie Taylor (Rob), Janice Ferraro, Lee Smith and Phillip Smith (Jen). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, many great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
