He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Kolar and H. Audrey Kolar (Everhart); and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his wife Darlene M. Kolar (Lassak); his brothers, George Kolar and David Kolar (Kanitta); his nephews, Luke Kolar and Jacob Kremer; his niece Ashleigh Kremer; and his pet Puff.
