Harkness (Hudson, Ohio), born in Decatur, Illinois, who passed away on November 28, 2019, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Harkness and Elsie Harkness; and his brother Clifford Harkness. He is survived by: his wife Lynette Harkness; and his children, Richard Harkness, Jr. (Connie), Patricia Yamshon (Paul) and Thomas Harkness (Joan). He is also survived by seven grand-children and one great-grandchild.
