She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde B. Lamp, Sr. and Marie Ludwig Lamp; her husband John Clark Hornickel; her sister Marie Lamp Stewart; and her daughter Anne Marie Hornickel Yuska.
She is survived by: her brother Clyde B. Lamp, Jr.; her son John H. Hornickel; her grandchildren, Jane Marie Hornickel Kazantsev, John Gordon "Jack" Hornickel, Paul Thomas Yuska and Ellen Elizabeth Yuska; her great grandchildren, Nina Marie Kazantsev and Lily Anne Kazantsev; her nieces and nephews, Ellsworth Stewart, Clyde B. Lamp, III, Joyce Stewart Dutcher and Jere Lamp; her children-in-law, Jill Gledhill Hornickel and Thomas P. Yuska; and her grandchildren-in-law, Roman V. Kazantsev and Faith E. Gilbert.
