She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard A. Kurczewski and Alma Kurczewski; and her brother Leonard R. Kurtz (late Patricia Jane). She is survived by: her daughters, Carolyn Bouquot (Tony) and Linda; her grandchildren, Jenna Korns (Brandon), Olivia Bouquot, Noah Bouquot, Gabby Cappola, James IV Cappola, Ava Cappola, Ella Cappola and Joseph Cappola; her great grandchild Flynn Korns; her siblings, Patricia Burkard (late Roy) and Van Kurczewski (Cheri); and also Rosemary Korns. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
