He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy E. "Dottie" Briggs. He is survived by: his son Richard Kiser of West Virginia; his father Robert M. Briggs of Ashland; his siblings, Tammy Kirkbride (Kenny Bagola) of Ashland, Tina Pridemore (Barry) of Wayne, Robert S. Briggs (Charlotte) of Medina, David Kiser (Carol) of Fondulac, Wisconsin and Paul Andrew Kiser of Glenmont; his nieces and nephews, Cheyene Behrendsen (Travis) of Mansfield, Cody Kiser of Millersburg, Gregory Fulk of Ashland, Whalter, Ethan Briggs of Medina, Jennifer Mutchler of Brunswick and Savannah Kiser of Fondulac; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jenna, Dillon Pelfrey, Hunter and Scarlett Behrendsen. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
