She is survived by: her sons, Ben, Benjamin and Jacob Polansky of Hudson, Ohio; her parents, Janice Luther and Wayne Boling (Karen); her fiancé Earl Mahoney; her siblings, Dan Boling (Rachel), Traci Anter (Dale), Rebecca Boling and Natalie Boling (Aaron); her nieces and nephews, Vince (Lisa), Brandon, Mikayla Anter, Spencer, Megan Boling, Donovan, Cory, Trey Robertson and Kaylin Mahoney; and her pet Wrigley.
