He was predeceased by: his parents, Mervin Rhine and Lula Mae Rhine (Leach); and his siblings, Truman, Kenneth, Lewis, Frederick, Harold Rhine, Doris Kelly, Margaret Pacek, Viola Walsh, Donna, Esther Rhine and Grace Burns.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Kutsko; his children, Susan Bergmann (Kel) of San Diego, CA, Julie Kodatsky (Bill) of Hudson, Molly Syms (Bob) of Elyria, Nancy Cleveland (Jim) of Hudson, Amy Rhine-Pallas (Dave) of Columbus and John Rhine (Karen) of Los Altos, CA; his grandchildren, Christopher Kodatsky, Kirstie Kodatsky, Carly Syms, Lauren Bergmann, Natalie Cleveland and Sachi Rhine; and his great grandchildren, Preston and Conrad Kodatsky.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Luther's name may be given to St. Michael Church, 300 N. Broad St. Canfield, OH 44406.
