He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Whited and Mary Jane Whited. He is survived by: his sons, Colton and Marshall; his wife Katrina; his children, Jade, Jason and Kevin; his brother G. R.; his sister-in-law Marianne; his niece Sara; and his nephews, Paul and Joe.
