He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John Kaiser of Hayward, WI and Marlen Kaiser of Hayward, WI.. He is survived by: his friend Josiah DiPaolo; his parents, David Kaiser (Nikki) and Jennifer Corwin (Eric); his grandparents, Mary Jo Peterson, Donald and Yolanda Hershey; his aunt Nykole Morgenroth (Keith); his cousins, Andrew Engle, Rachel Dick (Brendan), Raymond Engle, Emily Wherley, Brendan Wherley and Kat Morgenroth; his brother Kade Morgenroth; and his stepsiblings, Maggie Corwin, Reagan Corwin, Isabella Benoy, McCrae Kaiser and Costa Rica.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Ambassadors FC, Cleveland (afc.ambassadorsfootball.org) so they may continue their mission (that Hayden held so dear to his heart) of spreading the love of Jesus Christ throughout the world through soccer.
