Glenn Roy Marsh Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 3, 2018, at the age of 91, Glenn Roy Marsh (Hudson, Ohio) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Glenn Roy Marsh to pay them a last tribute.
Glenn also received the "Legionnaire of the Year Award from Post 464 and also Ohio Veteran of the Year Award. He was a life member of the Aurora VFW and a member of the Amvets of Richfield and a member of 40 & 8 Voiture Summit County. He was active in the Cuyahoga Falls Moose -Rod and Reel Club. Glenn was an avid hunter, fisherman and trapper. He was a member of the Portage County Coon Hunters Club and was owner of Marsh's Animal Control Company. He recently was inducted into the Streetsboro Alumni Association Hall of Fame in recognition for his community involvement and career accomplishment. Glenn is survived by his wife Martha (nee Litzell)), daughter Cindy (Jim) Suchan-Rothgery, son Glenn Marsh II, grandson Christopher Suchan, 4 step-grandchildren, 13 step-great grandchildren and 4 step-great great grandchildren. The family will receive friends Monday Oct 8, 2018 from 4-7 PM with closing service and American Legion Service at 7 PM at the Western Reserve Christian Church 516 W. Streetsboro St. Hudson, Ohio 44236. Private burial at Markillie Cemetery. In keeping with Glenn's wishes and love of the Hudson Memorial Day parade the family wishes in lieu of flowers contributions to The American Legion Auxiliary c/o Cindy Suchan 157 Brentwood Dr. Hudson, Ohio 44236.
