Douglas Raymond Snelling Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 26, 2024, at the age of 77, Douglas Raymond Snelling of Hudson, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert James and Catherine Gayhart Snelling. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Boyer; his children, Scott Snelling (Pam) and Tracey Yerkey (Ryan); his brother Robert James Snelling (Georgia) of Powder Springs; and his grandchildren, Madison, Riley, Spencer Yerkey, Chad and Bret Snelling.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Johnson Romito Funeral Home - Hudson (19 E Main St, Hudson, OH 44236). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Ellsworth Meadows Golf Club (1101 Barlow Rd, Hudson, OH 44236).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Doug's name to support Girls Golf at Hudson High School and/or Highland High School in memory of Doug Snelling.
