She is survived by: her husband Scott Lukingbeal; her children, Lainie Fertick (Chad), Ashley Lukingbeal (Gino Groff) and Eric Lukingbeal (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Maya, Charlie, Nate, Lucy Fertick, Lily and Callie Groff; and her siblings, Debby Nagel (Dave), Jeff Rosfeld (Julie), Lori Patton (Rob) and Pam Rosfeld. She is also survived by 21 nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family is collecting donations towards the construction of an outdoor learning center at Ellsworth Hill Elementary in Hudson, Ohio. Donations can be made at deniselukingbeal.com.
