He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Lockwood and Katherine Kahle Williams; and his wife Jinny. He is survived by: his children, Katherine Clyde (Billy) of Wooster, Amy Withrow and David L. Williams, Jr. (Julie) of Chagrin Falls; his grandchildren, Talley Clyde (Ben Chalot), Christopher Clyde, Meggie Agosta (Tony) and Lindsay Williams; his great grandchild Wyatt Chalot; and his grandchildren, Cecilia, Vincent and Oliver Agosta.
