He was predeceased by: his mother Ella Adkins (Foster); his sister Tammy; his uncle Kenneth Dale Adkins; and his nephew Samuel Adkins. He is survived by: his father Clyde Donald; his wife Beth Adkins; his children, Cody Adkins (Kristy Stager) and Brittany Adkins; his grandchildren, J. D. Harvey and Bailey Stager; his siblings, Kim Rangel (Javier) and Rick Adkins; his nieces and nephews, Alexis, Joella, Elena, Ella, James, Randy and Levi; and also Clyde Donald Adkins. He is also survived by numerous other family members including uncles, aunts, cousins, and great-nieces and nephews.
