With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Barbara Ann Wise of Hudson, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Barbara Ann left this world on June 24, 2024 at the age of 93, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Barbara Ann may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Barbara Ann touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Voight Wise; her son Douglas Wise; her grandson Peter Wise; and her brothers, Jon Arden Basinger and David Ray.
She is survived by: her children, John Wise (Polly) of Hudson and Susan Strahan (Sam) of Virginia; and her grandchildren, Adam Wise (Brittany), Rachael Strahan, Sarah Early (Todd) and Maggie Wise.
The family suggests memorial donations be made in her memory to Northeast Ohio Hospice, 10204 Granger Road, Garfield Heights, Ohio 44125.
