He was predeceased by: his wife Susan; and his brother Adam Ritchie. He is survived by: his pet Winston; his children, Kevin Ritchie (Amy), Bruce Ritchie (Ann), Jennifer Cox (Troy) and Barbara Bebinger (Warren); his grandchildren, Sarah Webb (Ben), Amanda Ritchie, Emilee Cooke (Logan), Lauren Ritchie, Bryan Ritchie (Lexi), Tyler, Olivia Cox, Jack and Laura Bebinger; and his sister Sally Drain (Daniel). He is also survived by two greatgrandchildren.
He began hosting casual gatherings on his driveway during the pandemic, weather permitting.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Humane Society of Summit County or to The Wilderness Center, Wilmot, Ohio.
