She was predeceased by: her father John Kuwik; her grandparents, Joseph, Frances Bagola, Harry and Kathryne Kuwik; and her uncle James Kuwik.
She is survived by: her mother Johanna Kuwik; her uncle Kenneth Kuwik (Sharon); and her aunt Annette Kuwik.
