He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen; his daughters, Amanda and Lauren LaCava; his sisters, Theresa Caine (Francis) and Norma Hamilton (Mark); his nieces, Christina Hamilton, Sandy LaCava and Debra LaCava Campbell; and his nephew Jude LaCava (Jill).
