He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Leslie and Emily Leslie (Midgehall); his daughter Christina Crank; and his brother-in-law Jonathan Hooper. He is survived by: his wife Anita Leslie; his children, Chad Leslie (Tabby), Bobby Morgan, Melanie Anderson (Luke), Trina Chmielewski (Jeremy) and Tina Haywood; and his siblings, Thomas Leslie (Kay), Richard Leslie, Robert Leslie, John Leslie and Ann Hooper. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, & a host of friends.
