He was predeceased by: his parents, W. Evert Campbell and Rowena V. Campbell (Werner); and his siblings, Marianna Clift and Paul S. Campbell. He is survived by: his children, Sheryl Boyer (Bruce), Lyndon Campbell (Rita), Jeff Campbell (Debbie) and Mona Norton (Jeff); and his grandchildren, Nicole Arnold, Amber Smay (Nathan), Brad Boyer (Cheryl), Casey Evans (Jeff), Alyssa Horne (Griffin) and Mara Campbell (Nathan Cook). He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
