He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Napier and Helen Napier; and his sister Patty Wolf. He is survived by: his wife Paula Napier; his children, Nicole Napier, Robin Thomas, Kimberly Bailey (Sean) and Brittany Newcomb (Chad); his brother Bob Napier (Mary); and his sister-in-law Stella Archie. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, extended relatives and friends.
