She is survived by: her daughter Fonda; her son-in-law Rex Markwell; her grandchildren, Kimberly O'Hair (Daryl) and Mark Markwell (Laurie); her great grandchildren, Lexi Hochstettler (Toran), Zachary Whittamore (Ashley), Cody Hurley, Nicholas Hurley and Lydia Markwell; her great great grandchildren, Gatlin, Lillian, Raelynn and Graham; her children, Marissa, Matteo and Virgil Lee Helton; and her grandson Eddie Hurley.
