She was predeceased by: her fiancé Dennis Philipps. She is survived by: her parents, Paul Hurd and Kim Hurd; her daughters, Morgan Spencer, Madison Spencer and Mikenley Philipps; her brother Chad Hurd (Amy); and her nieces and nephews, Evan and Elly Hurd. She is also survived by numerous cousins extended family and friends.
The State of Ohio is under a mandatory mask order and has required that face mask will be worn in all public places.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to her children in her memory.
