He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Cooley and Betty Jo Cooley; and his brother Bobby Cooley. He is survived by: his wife Patrice Cooley; his children, Matthew Cooley, Jeff Cooley, Justin Cooley and Heather Cooley; and his sisters, Ruth Heath and Sherri Davis. He is also survived by grandchildren; great-grandchildren; a great-great-granddaughter; and many other relatives and friends.
