He is survived by: his wife Joyce Thompson; his daughters, Susan Long, Terry Phelps (Ron), Patricia Meade (Mark) and Shirley Carroll; and his grandchildren, Heather, Gillian, Justin, Belinda, Zane and Taylor. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
