She was predeceased by: her mother Thelma Waugh; her husband Johnny Clark Sr.; and her brothers, Steven and Nicholas Smith. She is survived by: her siblings, Rickey of San Leandro, California, Shelli of San Leandro, California and Stacey Smith of San Leandro, California; her cousins, Theresa Clemons, Andrea Walker and Denise Boring; her nephew Tyson Poore; her niece Erin Youngblood Smith; her great-niece Destiny Poore; and her great-nephew Nicholas Poore. She is also survived by four great great nieces and one great great nephew; also numerous other relatives and many precious friends.
