He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Brackney and Edith Brackney (Yoder). He is survived by: his wife Trudy Brackney (Humphrey); his children, Todd Brackney (Regina) and Tawnee Klopfenstien (Steve); his stepchildren, Scott Hannebaum (Terri) and Lynne Blankenship; his grandchildren, Trey, Jacob, Kyle Brackney, Brooke Spencer, Grant Klopfenstein, Haleigh Williams, Taylor Oldham, Gunner Blankenship, Wesley McComas and Skyler Hannebaum; his great grandchildren, Finley McComas and Daylen Blankenship; and his sisters, Shirley Kress and Evelyn Allison (Mel). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or to St. Jude's.
