With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phillip D. Howard of Huber Heights, Ohio, born in Dayton, Ohio, who passed away on February 7, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dolpha Howard and Agnes Howard (Pelphrey); his wife Marian H. "Kay" Howard; his granddaughter Rachel Borders; his brother David L. Howard; his siblings-in-law, Sue Howard, Janet Bowman and David Bowman; and his parents-in-law, Robert A. and Ruth Hussey (Haines).
He is survived by: his children, Krista (Ron Hoctor), Stephen "Scott" (Ale Howard), Esther (Paul Borders), Phillip Brent (Holly Howard) and Gloria (Justin Lehmann); his brother Larry Howard (Pat); his grandchildren, Kyle (Emily), Leyla, Daley, Juan, Fernando, Grace, Hannah Ruth, Ella, Bradley, Nathan, Brooke, Tyler, Hannah Joy, Hope, Faith, Abigail, Daniel, Ben, Thomas, Mercy and Lance; and his great grandchildren, Easton and Jace.
