In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Peggy Joann leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Peggy Joann may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Zachary Taylor Mitchell and Mary Mae Mitchell (Lykins); her brothers, Rodney Mitchell and Eugene Mitchell (Robert E. Stewart Sr.); her son Robert E. Stewart Jr.; her daughter-in-law Julie Kay Stewart; and her granddaughter Sarah Jessica Stewart.
She is survived by: her son Richard E. Stewart; and her grandson Matthew Z. Stewart of Huber Heights.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the CityLight Church (4242 Needmore Rd, Dayton, OH 45424). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
