He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Keen and Anna Lee Burke Keen; and his daughter Rebecca J. Keen. He is survived by: his wife Linda L. Keen; his son Christopher M. Keen (Angela Petty); his grandchild Bailey Petty; and his siblings, Carolyn Tullis, Molly Blanton (Bobby Blanton), Ellen Louise Allen, John D. Keen and Joyce Hampton.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home (155 Hickory St, Hyden, KY 41749). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.

For 33 years, Paul made significant contributions to General Motors, Inc., where he was known for his strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
