We are sad to announce that on May 1, 2019, at the age of 70, Patricia Jacks (Huber Heights, Ohio), born in Harriman, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lawrence R. Human and Nettilee A. Human (Vespie); her children, Robert Jacks and Connie Childers (Andre Francis); her grandchildren, Scott Larison (Tiffany), Cherokee Perkins, Bridgett Perkins (Spencer Wasem) and Autumn Perkins; her great grandchildren, Damon, Austin Larison, Krystal, Spencer and Michael Wasem; the father of her children Robert L. Jacks Sr.; and her siblings, Jeanie Seward, Linda Santerilli (Anthony), Dale Human, Steve Human (Julia) and Eva June Hoggard. She was also cherished by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
