She was predeceased by: her parents, William Redd and Lillian Redd; and her siblings, Helen (James Washington) of Washington, Lynn Redd-Jones (Arlandis Jones), Martha Walton and Raymond Redd Sr. (Yolanda Redd).
She is survived by: her sons, Daryl Tanner (Majel Tanner), Lokey T. Shorter Jr. and Charles B. Shorter (Long); and her friend Belinda Anderson. She is also survived by her 6 Grand children and 1 Great- grand child with a loving host of nieces and nephews.
