She was predeceased by: her parents, John Ramey and Emily Ramey; her husband JC Bartley; her siblings, Billie Marie Leaper (Corky), Clara Rowe (Floyd), Vada Little (Rube) and Hursel Ramey; her nephews, Donald Little, Marvin Little and Scotty Little; and her niece Janice Robinson (Bobby).

She is survived by: her son Ronald Keith Bartley of Huber Heights, OH; and her nephew Larry Little of Caledonia, OH.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society in Mildred's memory.
