He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny and Holbrook (Neeley) of Missouri. He is survived by: his wife Eva Fay Holbrook (Massengale); his daughter Amy Webster; and his grandchildren, Ashley Webster and Austin Webster.

In lieu of flowers, contributions should be made in memory of Lloyd to The Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave., Dayton, OH 45420.
