She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Adams and Dorothy Adams; her granddaughter LeSabre Hankerson; and her brother Dewey Adams, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Christopher Hankerson (Denise), Lashawn Hankerson and Jeanell Hankerson; her grandchildren, Mercedes Parker, Jeffrey Parker, Dacotis Parker, Jeyell Parker, Miracles Alves, James McKinney, Jr., Donell Caroll, Jr. and Lanelle Caroll; her sister Duiene Stanfield (Chris); and her uncles, Jerome Peterson, Danny Peterson, David Howard, Richard Howard and John Adams. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
