He is survived by: his parents, Kevin Sr. Dulceak and Donna Dulceak of Huber Heights, OH.; his sisters, Autumn Bozza (Casey) of Lake, Krystal Dulceak of Stanley, NC, Kelsie Dulceak of Clover, SC, Amber Dulceak of Piqua, OH and April Dulceak of Huber Heights, OH; his nieces and nephews, Lundy, Richard, Damien, Attalee, Avery, Samonia Rose, Nadia, Zadelyn, Malachi and Elizabeth; and his stepgrandfather Richard Neibert. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
