He was predeceased by: his father Duncan McCullough. He is survived by: his wife Chris; his daughter Amber Guillot (Grant); his mother Judith McCullough; his siblings, Fred McCullough (Lynell), Judy Markley (Gary), Jean Manns (Eric) and Ed McCullough (Carlene); his grandchildren, Melody, Noelle and Gabriel Guillot; and his pet Lucky. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the National Kidney Foundation.
